Vikenco SuperGreen is a method based on dry ice to cool the fish to just before freezing. This will keep the fish as close to freezing as possible without being frozen.

The transport from our factory to our customers overseas normally takes about 2 days.
The dry ice cools the fish down to a sub-zero state, and the cooling energy is contained inside the fish itself, maintaining it fresh during transportation. This is ideal for further processing at destination.
